So, we decided to do some digging.

We pulled data from our system to get a clear picture of how the recruitment industry has changed since the Covid-19 outbreak.

To do this, we gathered data from before the crisis hit and compared it with current data to see what's changed in areas such as job postings, candidate applications and engagement rates and what this means for the industry moving forward.
