But when first contacting a prospect the communication method chosen can make all the difference in the success of a conversation. A HR director for a multi national company is less likely to be reached with a phone call, but perhaps a highly tailored, thoughtful email would work. So, think about what you need to achieve and at what stage in the conversation you’re at with a prospect and then pick the best method for progressing things further.
